This parcel is owned by the Grays Harbor Audubon Society. The Society
granted a perpetual conservation easement to the Land Trust in 1999. The con-
servation easement will ensure that this natural area which harbors a diversity of
plant and animal life and a broad range of habitats will not be damaged by timber
harvest, garbage dumping, or similar activites.
